Shri Venkteshwara University Signs Academic Collaboration with Japan’s Iris Solutions for Training and Placements


Meerut: In a significant step towards global academic and career opportunities, Venkteshwara University has entered into an academic collaboration with Japan-based Iris Solutions for training, placements, research, and innovation across multiple disciplines.

Under this collaboration, students from streams such as nursing, pharmacy, health sciences, agriculture, applied sciences, and hotel management will receive specialized training and enhanced placement opportunities in Japan.

The delegation from Tokyo, led by Iris Solutions CEO Eriko Noda and COO (India) Ishan Agarwal, was accorded a traditional welcome by the university administration with ceremonial honours, including shawls, turbans, and mementos.

The formal ceremony was held at the Dr. C.V. Raman Auditorium of the university campus, where the proceedings commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp before the idol of Goddess Saraswati. The event was attended by Pro-Chancellor Dr. Rajeev Tyagi, Registrar Dr. Piyush Kumar Pandey, and other senior academicians.

Addressing the gathering, CEO Eriko Noda highlighted India’s position as one of the fastest-growing economies in the world and emphasized the immense potential of its young talent. She expressed strong optimism about the partnership, stating that it would open new avenues in skill development and global employment.

Founder Chairman Sudhir Giri said the university is committed to ensuring quality placements and secure career opportunities for its students in Japan. “We are highly enthusiastic about building a strong pathway for our students’ global careers,” he added.

Pro-Chancellor Dr. Rajeev Tyagi informed that selected students from various faculties will undergo structured training starting next month to prepare them for employment in Japan.

COO Ishan Agarwal noted that Japan is among the safest and most advanced work destinations globally, offering vast employment opportunities across sectors for skilled international professionals.

Baghel, Meerut Campus Director Dr. Pankaj Kumar, and Media Incharge Vishwas Rana were present on the occasion.
