Class 7 student Aradhya Singh paid tribute to the martyrs and shared her thoughts on the significance of Independence Day. Students then captivated the audience with a soulful patriotic song and a vibrant dance performance to “Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani.” A short play on “Unity in Diversity” showcased India’s integrity and cultural richness, delivering the message that despite linguistic and regional differences, the nation stands united.
In his address, Mr. Agrawal recalled that the freedom struggle began from the revolutionary land of Meerut and culminated in India’s independence on August 15, 1947, after countless supreme sacrifices. He urged everyone to fulfill their duties with dedication and sincerity to keep the nation progressing.
Principal Ms. Navneet Chadha extended her greetings to all on the occasion. The event saw commendable contributions from teachers Ms. Shikha Vishnoi and Ms. Kanika, along with the entire school staff.
