MIT Summer Boot Camp Equips Students with Digital-Era Skills

Meerut: The Department of Commerce at Meerut Institute of Technology (MIT) successfully concluded its five-day Summer Boot Camp, aimed at enhancing students' industry-oriented skills and preparing them for the evolving digital economy. The programme was coordinated by Dr. Meenakshi Verma.

During the boot camp, students received hands-on training in a wide range of emerging and career-focused domains, including e-commerce basics, fintech fundamentals, e-commerce marketplaces, the UPI ecosystem, social media marketing, banking technology, SEO fundamentals, blockchain fundamentals, digital advertising, and cybersecurity.

The training sessions were conducted by Dr. Meenakshi Verma, Asim Rizvi, Mansi Chaudhary, and Abhijeet Chatterjee, who provided participants with practical insights into the latest digital tools and technologies.

The programme concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony. Congratulating the participants, Chairman Vishnu Sharan, Vice Chairman Gaurav Agrawal, Barkha Agrawal, Director Dr. K.L.A. Khan, and Principal Dr. Himanshu Sharma emphasized that such skill-development initiatives play a vital role in connecting students with emerging technologies and preparing them to meet the changing demands of the industry.
