IPEC-TBI Incubated Startup Skillre Education Raises ₹1.04 Crore in Funding

Sahibabad: Skillre Education Pvt. Ltd., an incubated startup at the IPEC-TBI Foundation of Indraprastha Engineering College (IPEC), has secured ₹1.04 crore in funding, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey. The investment reflects growing investor confidence in the startup's technology-driven approach to education and skill development.
The funding includes ₹50.09 lakh from Real Time Angel Fund and a ₹49.95 lakh grant under the GENESIS Scheme of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, facilitated through the IPEC-TBI Foundation.
Skillre Education develops technology-enabled solutions aimed at enhancing education, skill development, and employability. The fresh capital will be used to strengthen its product portfolio, accelerate technology development, expand market reach, and scale operations across the country.
Congratulating the startup, Sajid Raza, Chief Executive Officer of the IPEC-TBI Foundation, said the achievement reflects the strength of the institution's startup ecosystem and incubation model. He added that the foundation continues to support emerging startups through mentoring, business development, investor networking, and access to government support programmes.
Rajat Johari, Founder of Skillre Education, expressed gratitude to the IPEC-TBI Foundation and Real Time Angel Fund for their continued support. He said the investment would accelerate the company's growth and help bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing students with real-time, industry-oriented practical learning experiences.
On the occasion, Puneet Agrawal, Vice Chairman of Indraprastha Engineering College, Dr D.K. Sharma, Director, Sajid Raza, and Sapna Sharma congratulated the startup team and wished them continued success in their entrepreneurial journey.
