Promoting Management Excellence and Experiential Learning Among Students
The participating colleges included Avviare Educational Hub, Noida; IILM University; Institute of Management and Education, Sahibabad; Mewar Institute of Management; ITERC College; SDGI Global University; and Inderprastha Engineering College (IPEC).
Representing the school category were Karl Huber School, Sun Valley International School, Rajkiya Inter College (Sector 12, Noida), Ramjas Boys School, Ramjas Girls School, S.S. Khalsa School, Anglo Sanskriti School, H.M. D.A.V. School, Platinum Valley School, Minerva School, Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, St. Thomas School, Holy Angel School, Seth Mukund Lal School, Shashi Public School, D.A.V. Public School (Brij Vihar), Kailashwati School, Arwachin International School, Arwachin Bharti School (Vivek Vihar), and St. Mark’s School.
The program commenced with a traditional Lamp Lighting Ceremony, symbolizing the illumination of knowledge and wisdom. The ceremony was graced by distinguished guests including Mr. Puneet Agarwal, Vice Chairman, IPEC; Prof. (Dr.) Anil Kumar Solanki, Director, IPEC; Prof. (Dr.) Amit Jain, Dean Academics; Prof. (Dr.) Meenakshi Sharma, Dean Student Welfare; Dr. Mahjabin Banu, Head of the Department of Management Studies; along with Heads of other departments and event convenor Ms. Nidhi Jain. Also present were Ms. Shobna Sharma (School Liaison Officer), Ms. Sapna Sharma (Public Relations Officer), Mr. Devansh Agarwal (Coordinator), teacher coordinators from participating schools, and representatives from AIMA including Mr. Vishal Sinha (Deputy Director, AIMA), Mr. Ashu Sikri (Assistant Director, AIMA), and Mr. Surya (Quiz Master) who jointly inaugurated the event and extended their best wishes to all participants.
The quiz featured four intellectually stimulating rounds, testing students’ knowledge of management concepts, business awareness, current affairs, and analytical reasoning. Participants displayed exceptional enthusiasm, strategic thinking, and quick decision-making skills throughout the competition.
After a thrilling finale, Bhavyanshi Dhapola and Suhani Gupta from St. Thomas School emerged as winners, followed by Shreyas Kanungo and Mantra Saraf from Sun Valley School as first runners-up, and Lavanya Singh and Rajita Govind from Seth Anandram Jaipuria School as second runners-up. The winners were awarded trophies and certificates by the dignitaries amid loud applause and appreciation from the audience.
The event, hosted by the Department of Management Studies, was meticulously organized and coordinated, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all. In her valedictory address, Convenor Ms. Nidhi Jain extended heartfelt gratitude to AIMA, GMA, school principals, teachers, faculty members, administrative staff, and volunteers for their unwavering support and collaboration.
The event concluded on an inspiring note, reaffirming Inderprastha Engineering College’s commitment to nurturing talent, fostering experiential learning, and promoting academic excellence through healthy and intellectually enriching competitions.
